MWH provides real estate advisory services for the Air Force on Enhanced Use Leasing (EUL) and Military Family Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI) projects as a Privatization Real Estate Support Services (PRESS) Contractor. We provide detailed information and documentation on Air Force housing privatization and EUL projects to private industry for the bases listed.

EUL Overview - Enhanced Use Leases (EULs) are opportunities for the Air Force to partner with private industry by leasing non-excess real property assets. Private industry can then use the leased property to develop: office space, flight line and hangar facilities, warehouses, industrial buildings, laboratories, research and development facilities, energy generation assets, hotels, temporary lodging, conference centers, hospitals, and medical facilities, and open land among others. The opportunities are endless!
